My shopping loot. The load consisted of one wool shirt, one pair of sleep pants, two long sweater dresses, two pair of boots, one humidifier, two scarves, one hat, one earmuff, one stuffed animal, one pair of socks and two pairs of sunglasses. total spent about $150. Overall a successful shopping day!

Congrats to my wonderful TA Michelle and her husband. I was privileged to experience my first Chinese wedding reception this weekend. I would have loved to see the ceremony (they were married in her husbands village). One thing about Chinese weddings... Lots of food 20+ dishes.

My family and friends have told me that Sioux Falls received 3+ of snow. I thought it would be appropriate to mention that it was blue skies and 72 today.

Silly Rabbit! I usually put his food bowl outside his cage when I am home since it gives him a chance to walk around and out of his cage. Well I put a basket in his cage as a bed (he has wire floor cage so it is better on his feet to be out of his cage. He decides tonight that he is going to pick his favorites out if his bowl and hide in his bed to eat it.
