OKAY so the reblog thing has been rolled back but some of tumblr staff have been banning trans women en masse and like . I do Not want to Be Here Anymore so the plan is to make a strawpage or something of the sort so hold on tight!!

HI okay so New tumblr update yeah? ..Terrible. Horrible. So bad that it's probably going to cause me to completely abandon the site (whoops) HOWEVER. I do plan to find some way to continue the blog elsewhere, but it may take some time. For now though, asks will not be answered </33 SORRY

oh huh - magically designing and forming clothes must take alot of energy huh?

"It's late either way---today's been absolutely insane. Running up and down stairs all day without food since---well, Teal doesn't need to eat, but I haven't had food for some time. I'm starting to feel the fatigue."

"Perhaps you and Teal should share those foods the visitors gave you?"

"Oh yeah!!" Teal leaps up, grabbing the food and sitting down next to Coral, splitting the hot dog and several-times-glazed donut. The half-finished bag of gummies and chocolate bunny sit next to them.

I believe this is when someone says "slay queen"

Teal giggles, tail wagging happily, before turning back to the triangle. "Oh! Oh! You should make yourself an outfit, too!

"Not a bad idea!" It tilts its head, thinking. "How about---this?"

Its clothes shift to a simple patterned dress and shawl.

Coral lights up for a moment, about to say something---but pauses.

"Hey are you alright? Your hands are shaking."

It looks up at them, blinking, before looking to their hands. "Ah. I see that now. I assure you, I am fine. Perhaps tired, but fine."

"Maybe you should take a break! You shouldn't push yourself too much!"

It nods, sitting down again. Teal and Coral join it.

I'm gonna leave you guys to that, fashion isn't really my strong suit, actually how far up are we... think I saw a window to check

The triangle looks to you, tilting its head. "We're on the 120th floor, I think."

It looks to the window. The sun has just set beneath the edge of the mountains in the distance. It shrugs, and snaps its fingers, changing Coral's boots once more.

"Oooh, fluffy! I DO like these a lot! Thank you!"

The triangle beams. "Of course! It's fun to make them."

"Oh oh can you do one for me, too???" Teal sets the food items on the table.

The triangle almost lights up at the request. "Of course!!"

"Ohh holy shit this is so cool!! And so much more flexible!!" They fully inspect the outfit. "OH!! A HOOD!!! HELL YEAH!!! I love this actually there's nothing I'd change"

"I'm very glad it's your style!"

The triangle hums, before snapping its fingers.

The coat disappears, and the shirt and boots change.

"Ooooo! This is even better! It's very comfortable!" They spin around a little, looking at the belt and fiddling with the cravat.

The triangle still doesn't seem entirely content. "Do you like the shoes?"

"They're nice!"

"But do you LOVE them."

"Not particularly....?"

"What about the other pair?"

"I don't remember what they looked like."

"If you don't remember it must not have caught your eye."

It squints at the shoes intensely, tapping its chin.

huh, any particular reason you don't want the crown anymore? is this a "passing of the torch" thing going on?

It shrugs. "I just... don't want it. Not right now."

"You said you could---change it?" Coral lifts the crown off, turning it around in their hands curiously.

The triangle looks up from staring at the floor, before standing up.

"I can. What do you want from it?"

"Well, I dunno. It's just a little too big, but you can do whatever looks good.... I dunno if anything would match my outfit...."

"Do you want an outfit to go with it?"

"Oh, uhm, if it's not too much trouble, maybe...! It'd be cool...."

The triangle nods, thinking. It takes the crown from them, turning it. It shifts to a different style, and their outfit shifts to something else.

"Oh! This is nice! I like the sleeves." Coral inspects the outfit, fiddling with the broach and inspecting the boots.

"Your hair's braided too!"

"Oh, really? Awesome! Does it look good?" They fumble around, trying to grab it. The triangle squints, thinking.

"It looks great!" Teal beamed.

"I think the cape's a little awkward, but it is warm,,,," They tilt their head.

*gives them a platonic kiss on the face*

"Another new voice?"

You unintentionally smack right into them instead.

"D'OH---! Ow!"

uuhh yea that also works... lets see here uuuhhh - hmmm...

For a while, the triangle just stares at the crown in its hands.

"You know what?" It looks to Coral. "This is yours now I don't really care about it."

"Huh--?"

It sets the crown on top of their head, and walks over to the window, sitting down next to it and beginning to stare into space.

"I'm not sure it fits...."

"That and it doesn't match any of what I'm wearing. ---Are you sure you want ME to have it? It'd look a lot better on you..."

"I don't care. I could change it, maybe? If you want."

I AM SO SORRY Y'ALL I COMPLETELY FORGOT Adhd has kicked my brain out of gear and I've been coding to try and get focused again. I'll be answering asks again within the week, I just need a small break it seems </3

wait a minute - did you put on a wig? where'd that hair come from?

"It's not a wig---I'm not sure where it's from, though..."

"I think maybe it came from the same place as the crown?"

DID YOU KNOW that sometimes characters lie. out loud to others and internally to themselves, and it'll happen right there on the page. other times they are just flat out wrong and don't know it. oftentimes they don't ever find that out. a sizable portion of any story is decidedly not cold hard fact.

“Oooh dang.” Hands on hips, glancing at the triangle. “Nice hair cut.”

"Nice what now?" It blinks, clearly confused.

"They mean this." Coral brings its attention to the pale pink curls cascading down its shoulders.

"Oh!"

"Ohh you're no longer a shadow!!"

wait what's the shadow triangle doin? are they like... reaching their arm into a shadow dimension... thing?

"They pulled out a crown..."

"Huh? Whuh? Ohh." They turn around, tilting their head at the triangle.

“Oooh I wonder, if we swap to another triangle, and this body follows? I think checking up on the others would be a nice idea. It has been a minute.” Tail twitch. “Unless we’re still required here, because if that’s the case—“ Producing a hotdog from thin air. “I have many kinds of snacks.”

"You can definitely try it and see! I mean---It'll probably be a bit before I finish all of these, ahah.... Even if Coral helps me." They struggle for a moment before they can even grab the hot dog, their arms quite full.

The triangle pulls the crown from their shadow, its physical form beginning to take proper shape as it turns the object around in its hands.

oh hey if we're introducing you to food, I got something of my own creation *gives teal a... very shiny doughnut* I call it the quadruple glazed doughnut, sugar, sugar, and more sugar

"Oh, more? That's very shiny, wow!"

The triangle reaches into the shadows, its translucent arm becoming a shadow on the table. Coral approaches to watch in curiosity.

[Spawns in a chocolate rabbit, like those ones you can buy from stores in easter, offers it to coral and teal]

The triangle's cloak casts no shadow. It seems to stare at this fact, and the only shadow it does cast on the table, coming from its head. Coral tilts their head slightly, wondering what it's thinking.
