I feel the need to give an update on things

For the first five months of this year I've been dealing with a depression that I only feel like I'm starting to get out of. I'm eating healthy, I'm going to pilates 3x a week, I'm budgeting, I'm being social.

So I haven't touched my tianshan fics. Sorry if you've been waiting for deals, debts & death.

In other news, I've gotten very into Australian Survivor which has no fandom on Tumblr boooo. If I want to talk to other people about it I'd have to go to Reddit and fuck that. And it sucks because im fascinated by all these players and their relationships with certain other players, but not in a shippy way, just that I love their stories, and I want to make fan edits - but I know that's weird bc they're real people. 😭😭😭

he's basically getting mo fast-tracked to promotion. mo doesn't like hand-outs, and wants his hard work to do the talking - which is admirable. but he tian knows the reality of work culture. money and networking trumps hard work every time.

Bringing this post back because the latest chapter has reminded me that business savvy He Tian is continuing to look out for his number 1 concern: Mo.

In the previous chapter, he was just using his words "I want him to mod it" and "I'll come back when he's capable of modding it", there's no guarantee there, you need something in writing.

This time, it's specifically in the contract that Mo is in charge of the mods, that whatever Mo wants done, the other pros must teach him. He Tian is essentially forcing them to build Mo's skills, to make him a pro.
