Two months out of the hospital and my medical team is worried I might have a growth on my pituitary gland. Gonna be getting another MRI this week to check it out. I hope my birthday on Tuesday brings me a little good luck! Thanks for all the dms wishing me well💕

Full month out of hospital!! Have started walking daily to build back the muscle I lost. One set back was getting refeeding syndrome. Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. I’m happy as long as I don’t have to go back to tube feeding.

Two weeks out of the hospital! Feeling more like myself. Still sleeping a lot every day.

7 days out of the ICU and I’m eating solid food again! Still hurts a lot but getting easier every day 🥰

After 15 days of recovering in the critical care unit, I get to go homeeeeeee 😭🤩

Starting to be able to drink again! They got the internal bleeding figured out. Feels like I’m recovering at w glacial pace but slow and steady is all I can do.

I have a massive chunk of scar tissue growing next to my heart. I’ll have to have surgery to remove it before it possibly calcifies and causes an embolism.

He clings to me like I am a life jacket

I am the weight tied to his neck pulling him under.

he doesn’t know it. he loves me truly.

And I can’t let him go.

The doc wants me back in for a “simple procedure” except they are never simple! It’s never a couple hours and I get to go home. NEVER EVER.

I’m side eyeing him hard. I want to say no. I feel like I need to heal a bit and actually eat properly before I go back. But he says I really should just get it done….

I’m so tired. I’m on expensive experimental medication that helps in some ways but then there are so many side effects. So many others have found success with it, why can’t I?

It’s my ten year anniversary of getting a tracheostomy. I thought I’d be better by now.

It’s getting harder to keep fighting.
