IT'S ALL OVER BUT THE CRYING
AND NOBODY'S CRYING
BUT ME...
This is a VERY divergent take on the 2P Alastor, and as such, don't expect him to act like the original concept!
💧 This blog is a study in being completely devoid of hope... refusing to seek help, emphasizing brokenness over being healed, unwillingness to move forward, etc.
Read under the cut for some of Alastor's backstory! WARNING FOR VIOLENCE, BLOOD, MURDER!

💧 Alastor's mother was killed by his father, and only he knew it.
💧 His father was a very beloved priest in the area, he had baptized everyone's children, had welcomed families from all over, made their services at Church fun and exciting. The service was fun, the lunches were full of laughter.
💧 And that still didn't change the fact that Alastor's father had killed his mother. The one person Alastor could go to when he felt like everything was falling through. Father said he was a monster, something evil. It hurt. Mother always supported Alastor's dreams, to get into radio, even as introverted as he was. She believed, despite the struggles and challenges he'd face, that he would be perfect for radio.
💧 He saw the way her eyes froze in terror as the knife came out, over and over. Father and Mother never really got along, he resented her for everything he wasn't. He had power over the community, but not over her. And not over Alastor.
💧 With her gone, Father would pretend that nothing had changed, acting as though she abandoned her family to go to the city instead. That she chased whimsical dreams instead of supporting her family.
💧 Father killed Mother, and only Alastor knew it. It fueled him. He would find a way to truly damn his Father's soul to Hell. He'd been forced to attend every sermon, every service, until he was a young man pursuing his own dreams... whimsical dreams instead of supporting his family.
💧 While Father continued to lead his flock, Alastor became more and more hell bent on murdering him. On punishing him for what he did to Mother. Occult readings, sacrifices, attempts to summon demons... Anything he could try, he would. Father needed to suffer. Father had to die.
💧 Eventually, Alastor's name was well known on the radio, as someone who read stories with such passion, no one would have guessed what he was doing on the side... Radio versus Faith, which had more followers?
💧 Alastor would meet with Father in the Church. They would argue, and Father would take notice of the occult symbols... of the blood... of the smell of Death. Horrified, Father would try to flee, banging on the doors for help, but nobody came. The doors were sealed, and dark energies swam and circled them both. Blood leaked from their eyes like tears as Alastor was lifted off the floor by satanic power. He'd made a deal with a demon, a powerful one at that, to do what he'd been wanting since the day he watched Father kill Mother:
💧 Alastor would damn Father's soul eternally. There would be no respite, there would be no appeals. With a lunge forward, Alastor's human body seemed to transform into something far more evil, and he tore into Father, whose gurgling cries were quickly snuffed out. There wasn't a single discernible piece of him that remained.
💧 Alastor killed his father, and only he knew it.
.
.
💧 Only Rosie knew how Alastor would die and end up in Hell, and she owned his soul. He'd wanted to torment his Father eternally for what he did to Mother, and she would happily grant the wish!
💧 Eventually, Alastor would grow tired of this, too. It wouldn't bring his Mother back, and he missed her so dreadfully, having never really given himself the chance to mourn for her. The grief and sorrow sank in all at once, and forever changed him... The Radio Demon, at the beck and call of a mysterious patron, would become the perfect form of punishment. Forever.
Oh, what miserable despair… It’s so sad, isn’t it?
