Victoire chuckled before kissing his cheek. “You should forget plans more often.” It was cute, how much he was spoiling her. But she honestly hadn’t been upset. But she did love the way her husband doted on her. “Well aren’t you just Prince Charming?” Shrugging, Vic pulled the top she’d been wearing over her head and discarded it on the floor. After all, she couldn’t take a bath fully dressed.

Teddy kissed her cheek back giving her a wink. “You’d kill me if I forgot more plans.” He knew she wasn't devastated by the missed date night, but he still felt guilty and it was more him trying to set it right for his own sake then hers. “I-” he was stopped before he could start by her top tumbling too the floor. “Well. I guess I better get they bath started!” he turned with a smirk and started towards the bathroom jumping as he did.

“Nope, of bright young witches and wizards trying their hardest, just like when we were in their shoes. Ted, you have to think back to when we were in their shoes, okay? That’s the positive side. No need to say sorry, Ted. I have my own ways of motivating the students, if they have a reward to strive for then what’s the use of slacking?”

“Yeah but they seem very far and few between. Coming across a young person that has the same amount of passion we showed for education is hard;  although little Tommy Prembrooke is very much like I was when I was his age. That boy passes every lesson and always puts his hand up without a doubt! -Oh- Camilla why do we only have one child that is amazing. As for motivation mine always turn up late without a responsible explanation. So I give them a detention they don’t even turn up for that. Although Daisy Wright always does. Bless her.”

“You’re not gonna get fired, Ted. Look, I’m in the same boat. My kids fall asleep almost every lesson because of how late it is, they’re probably not gonna pass, but we have to look on the bright-side, right?”

“The bright-side? Of little shits who refuse to learn anything that doesn’t involve blowing shit up. Yeah real positive. I loved teaching when I started, but now I don’t know. I still enjoy it when the kids actually wish to learn other than that..I don’t know. I’m sorry to hear your kids are failing. You are a fantastic teacher.”

“I just bet you do, sweetie.” Vic gave him a wink. She knew what he was doing, but she might as well enjoy it. “Well if you’re offering, I suppose I can’t decline.” A foot rub? He really did feel guilty! “Now what’s for dinner. I suppose I should scrounge something up.” The blonde gave him a playful glare before sticking her tongue out.

“I’ll run you a nice bubble bath with so many bubbles that you can build yourself a palace, my Queen.” He looked up through his eyelashes with his big brown eyes knowing that it’d melt her heart. “While my Queen soaks in the bath; I’ll go in search of food. As my Queen should eat nothing but the finest and not the shit we have in the back of our fridge.”

Victoire couldn’t help but chuckling at his expression. A shrug was her reaction, not really heartbroken over it. “One less tiny dress for me to shimmy into. How about a back rub?” That sounded fair to her at least.

“Well I do prefer you when you have no tiny dress on,” he smirked trying to flirt his way out of trouble praying to all god’s it’d work. “You can have anything you wish for my darling Vic!” he wrapped his arms around her planting a kiss on her lips. “I’ll even massage your feet!”

“Did someone forget we had plans tonight?” Her voice showed just how little it bothered her as she glanced at her husband. “Teddy?”

“Are you su-” he stopped mid sentence a shameful look spreading across his face as he realised that indeed he missed their plans to go out for dinner. “I’m sorry! I will make it up in anyway I can. I won’t even try to make lame excuses!”

“None of my kids are gonna pass. I’m gonna get fired. I gonna become a laughing stock of the world!”

“Honestly, it is the most terrifying thing when a stranger just up and walks in without giving in their details. I mean, using bludgers to stop them would be good, but then again…Injuries…You’re request has been approved, Sir. I know the feeling, my mum still gives the lecture and the look from any stupid or dangerous thing.”

“Yeah but when you aren’t a healer you don’t have to deal with the fools being injured you see. Oh yeah Victoire gives me a lot of stick whenever I hurt myself. I know its because she cares but sometimes its just draining hearing the same thing over and over again. I’m a clumsy human who falls over his shoelaces, and nothing is going to stop that.”

“Oooh. Poor, Teddy. That’s so mean of them. Of course, it was far meaner of you to do that.” 

“How sad. I quite enjoy that spurt of Slytherin you get. Mine lasts, and I’m a product of Gryffindor.” Victoire smiled knowingly as he said his last comment. “That’s more like it. Tell me how else you plan on torturing those students of yours,” she purred, laying another gentle kiss on his lips. 

“Well they shouldn't have insulted my jokes,” he paused, “I’m proud of them!”

“Yes but you are the product of a Gryffindor and someone who is half veela,” he smirked. “I’m the product of a Hufflepuff and a one of greatest Gryffindor’s to ever live,” he smiled and kissed her cheek. “How about I just tell you how beautiful you are!”

“Oh my! How very frightening you are. No wonder they’re so afraid of you.” Victoire giggled at him.

“Really? I’d love to see that. Show me just how Slytherin you can be, my love.” Grinning, she went over to him, moving closer until their noses nearly touched. “You are such a sweet talker. For some reason, the thought of you going Slytherin is very sexy. Guess every girl loves a bad boy. Or making a good boy go bad.” Cornflower blue eyes sparkled with mirth as she placed a chaste kiss against his lips. 

“I actually read on of the desks carved into it. That ‘Mr Lupins jokes aren’t funny.’ As payback I spent the whole lesson telling jokes.”

“I don’t think it will last bery long. I am after-all the product of a Hufflepuff,” he teased tucking a lose strand of blonde hair behind her ear. “Well this good boy can go bad for about two seconds-” he is stopped by her soft lips on his. “Okay I will be as bad as you want me to be. All night long!”

“Not particularly, quite nerve-wracking actually. Well, lanky stranger, if you follow me to the office I’ll be able to check over your wrist. I will need to ask you questions about the pain and such, for reference in case I need to administer you anything.”

“I can actually see that. I’d hate random people walking around Hogwarts. I think I would just attack them using some bludgers to help! Okay. I have one request do not tell my wife I came here to check it out. I just didn’t want the lecture or the look she gives when I do something stupid.”

“They’ll live. I’m sure they’ve seen far scarier. Just not from their sweet Gryffindor professor.”

“Who’s lying? I think it’s very sexy when you get a little spurt of Slytherin. Do I need to improve my looks?” she asked with a pout.

“I’m not that sweet! I set them extra homework! They now have to write ten sides of parchment by next Friday!” 

“Well I guess I should just get full on Slytherin for you then? So I can Slytherin into your bed,” he winked playfully. “You are already the most beautiful thing in the world.. I don’t think its possible for you to be any more stunning than you already are, my dear.”

“So you pulled a Judge Doom on the poor evil little minions? I didn’t realize you were so cruel. I have to admit, it’s a bit sexy.”

“I did. Quite ashamed of myself really, the poor things will be having nightmares for weeks.”

“Come on Vic. You know lying doesn’t improve your looks, nor does it get you any benefits.”

“Sorry, we’ve just been having trouble with people just waltzing in here like they own the place…It’s got a few of us healer’s on edge.”

“It’s fine I can imagine having random strangers walk around a hospital isn’t exactly wanted. But don’t worry I’m just a lanky stranger hoping someone can tell me what is wrong with my wrist?”

“But I did do the scribbly bit on the form thing.”

“So had first years throwing papers at me while you try to teach them the basics of transfiguration! Wasn’t enjoyable.”

“I got the upper hand though, just formed crazy cartoon eyes. They all sat slightly terrified for the last twenty minutes of the lesson!”
