Sad News

Greetings, followers!

It is with sad hearts that we have to share that as of June 22nd, our second Tumblrversary, we will be shutting Teenage Bookland down indefinitely.

This was a difficult decision for us to make, we love sharing what we're reading with all of you, but our lives have become too busy recently for us to dedicate enough time to reading (and reviewing).

Best Purchases This Week

I've purchased a few books in the last week, but the best deal so far has to be these two crossovers at a $1.99 a piece (on nook & kindle) these books were too good to pass up. Sure, they are short but it's Carter Kane and Percy Jackson and Sadie Kane and Annabeth Chase, how could you say no?!

the thing i can’t get over is that this is the YA PERIOD FANTASY GIRL dress, like, this is the dress that has adorned the cover of 823452345 YA books over the last 5-7 years, most of which feature the girl either strategically facing away from the camera, walking away, or artfully arranged so you see the dress but not all of her face. This is literally that pretty artsy mildly sexist photoshoot gone to hell, like she just shoots the whole cover concept down with a JAVELIN, goddd, i love this so much.
