Stiles thought he was going insane.
Nobody had believed him when he thought that Theo was evil and he doubted that anyone would believe him now that he thought Theo was going to have you turned into a chimera. Stiles felt this overwhelming need to keep you safe and he knew how much shit heād get if anyone found out that he was now parking outside your house to keep tabs on you. He didnāt exactly have a full proof plan as to what he was meant to do if a Dread Doctor or Theo rocked up to your house but he had a vague idea of what he could do.
It was about 2am when you knocked on Stilesās window, nearly causing him to have a heart attack as he sprung up in his seat. You stood outside the car, holding up a mug of coffee and a confused smile on your face.
ā(Y/N),ā he said, opening the door as you stood aside for him, āyou werenāt meant toā¦ā
āHow wasnāt I meant to notice the oh-so-familiar jeep being parked outside my house? I assume that thereās a reason youāre keeping an eye on me?ā
He took the mug from your hands, āTheoā¦ heāsā¦ the Dread Doctorsā¦ I donāt know, what do you want me to say? That Iām a stalker? That Iām paranoid? That Iām crazy? None of this is new information.ā
Stiles was in disbelief when he saw that the smile didnāt disappear from your face.
āWell, my parents are away for the weekend and even if you a wrongā¦ Iām pretty terrified of being on my own in this town. If you had told me, it wouldāve saved you a lot of time ā you can actually come inside.ā
