His routine was very simple. Hang around at guard posts, perhaps take a nap, get yelled at by Papyrus that he was slacking off, continue to work on puzzles, and then go to the sealed of door at the edge of Snowdin Forest so he could speak to the woman behind the door. She always took great pleasure in his jokes, so why not give her some more! It had been while after all, with chasing around the human and everything. The human made his life very busy. And now, he had a free moment. He approached the sealed door with a few Iight foot steps, as a boney hand reached out and knocked on the door.

His white hues glance over, the boney grin only growing when he caught sight of his target. Ah yes. The kiddo. One of his favorite practice targets for his legendary puns. He walked over slowly, his bones creaking slightly as he approached even faster. Could you blame him for the creaking? No. After all, he was a skeleton. Eventually, he stood behind the child, poking them on the shoulder lightly with a extended fingertip.
