I really love the idea that Donna still has Time Lord tendencies floating around in her brain that just activate every now and then. This can be used for both comedic and angsty purposes! (Yay!!) This was a super fun project to be a part of and I really enjoyed learning more about comic paneling! Thank you to the mods for the opportunity!
