yes. it’s a direct continuation of the carnival au, and also in the same pseudo-’verse as the amnesia-esque au that bonnie and me have; think of it as one big horror elseworld cosmology lol. 

the silver swan hotel, in nyc’s Brooklyn heights, is a decaying hotel constructed in the 1930′s (when it was once, theoretically, much more visually appealing and financially successful). now, years later, it is owned and operated by it’s manager ryan who, despite being in massive debt, from his purchase of the hotel in 1997, has been provided for, somehow, by the mysterious building and its denizens. however, that’s not going to stop him from inviting two wealth potential buyers to survey his place: dionyza, the English heiress, and emile, the spanish-french entrepreneur. both exceptionally wealth, underhanded, and obsessed with the morbid history behind the silver swan. 

the story basically follows not only the hotel staff, and ryan’s attempts to rid himself of the (infamously haunted) hotel, but its many visitors, and their sinister encounters among its rooms and halls.

He’s tried, before, but I’ve been insistent in not taking anything for free--it’s his business, and I want him t’be as successful as possible. -Taps his chin- Though...hmm. Honestly, I don’t shop there very often. I feel kinda’ guilty admitting it, but I usually send Lee over when we need stuff. Soooo...for all I know, the two of them could’ve worked out some sorta’ secret deal.

-Snorts- I’d make a joke about anyone potentially being anything, on this island, but I wouldn’t want t’get struck down by some literal god taking offense--never know who’s listening. Or who might get offended, by the slightest hint of hubris from us mortals.
