August 1st 2014 SW 228 I have been inspired to start my journey to weight loss come along for the ride lets inspire each other dropping 78# by April 11th 2015 Also battling arthritis in my knees but figuring things out naturally thru exercise and eating healthier gluten free and using my new Nutri Bullet I hope to share recipes exercises before and after pictures I'm so excited!
