Saturday, June 1. Houston to Grand Prairie, Texas. 252 miles with a court-ordered stop at a Buc-ees.

Saturday, June 1. Leaving Houston and headed back to Grand Prairie, Texas. With stops at McDonalds (for zero gravity fries), the cowboy boot house, old Sparky, and the Sam Houston giant statue in Huntsville, Buc-ees wall o' j-j-jerky in Madisonville, and Tucker Town BBQ (thanks to Elle) in Corsicana. While the road trip portion of the vacation is complete, there are still three days of local thrills to go. Stay tuned, adventure fans.
