I enjoyed drawing their spots and fur a lot!! It was kind of a therapy to me. But still it took a lot of time :(

And one more thing to mention: I'm not educated enough to know some details about dogs' breeds. So the internet was my main resource, which helped me to find the necessary information about the origin of these certain breeds I depicted.

Was given an idea to draw my beloved Sniper and Spy using those paintings in the upper part of the canvas as a source of color pallets for each of them. Cuz those paintings kinda match their vibe💘

It also doesn't really look like my general arts artstyle, so it was a nice opportunity to try something new!

Sooo... yeah

I've noticed that the vast majority of my pairings is based on a strong emotional bond and a trust between the characters. I also think that sniperspy isn't an exception. Like, since they both are kinda uncommunicative, since they usually tend to spend their time on their own, away from the team, I believe they could build a mental bond together on that basis. So that they could also interact more, share gossips, secrets, smoking cigs every evening, etc. I mean, their communication gives me a "I'm the only normal person here" vibe, huh.

And... the 6th comic confirmed that Sniper knew Spy was Scout's dad. Surely the other team members knew it too (Heavy cuz he made a joke about it, Medic also could have got some information about their DNA, etc) but still I believe the Sniper was the first person who Spy confessed to due to their closeness, isolation from the others and Sniper's reliability. That's a great opportunity to earn some trust, I guess.

And yes. They're hot af.
