How about a medic melee that is the equivalent of the Eyelander. When you get a kill with it, you gain 1 *insert medic equivalent of Eyelander head* and your ubercharge rate increases

You should fix some basic animations. Like the Loch and Load and Loose Cannon reload animation could be improved to make it look like the bomb is going in the barrel. Also the Holiday Punch's animation when you equip it could be improved to look like the mittens actually hit eachother

Inspired by this.
Replaces the Engie's Wrench.
Swings a bit faster than the stock Wrench, making it easier to upgrade and repair your buildings at the cost of 20% melee damage.
Replaces the normal Sentry Gun with a "Flight Control Sentry". What this does is keep Soldiers and Demomen from explosive jumping over the Sentry and bypassing your defense.
It deals less damage to anything that's not explosive jumping, and deals crits to Soldiers and Demoman in mid-jump. This could be useful for areas like the final point on Gravelpit or Badwater.
By the way, here's the skin.
Replaces the Medic's Medigun.
Whenever you're healing somebody, it will heal both them and yourself.
The downside is that it heals your patient slightly slower than the stock Medigun, and heals you at only half the normal speed.
Ubercharge only charges when your patients are hurt, not yourself. (Although you get a small bonus if you both are low on health.)
When you deploy an Ubercharge, it heals you and everybody within a set radius, similar to the Amputator, except twice as fast.
Survivalist Pyro

Im not good at drawing, but imagine the pyro spitting alchohol and the flint would create a normal flamethrower sized radius of effect. The flint would only affect people covered in scrumpy.
Here, try this.
Replaces the Demoman's Sticky Launcher.
Left-clicking tosses the Scrumpeh like Mad Milk or Jarate.
Anybody getting coated in Scrumpy will have their vision tinted brown, similar to Jarate.
If somebody coated in Scrumpy gets lit on fire, the flames will be bigger than normal, and deal 50% more damage. If they get hit by Scrumpy while they're already on fire, the fire's timer will reset and deal 50% more damage than normal.
Right-clicking, however, will make you drink the Scrumpy, adding 25 HP to your max health. After drinking, your vision becomes blurred and you move a bit slower. Drinking also resets the cooldown timer, meaning you will have to wait for another bottle.
Also, if somebody coated in Scrumpy starts bleeding from the Tribalman's Shiv or Wrap Assassin or something, they will take minicrits from bleed damage until the bleeding or Scrumpy wears off.

Replaces the Soldier's Rocket Launcher.
Normal weapons have about a 2% chance to crit on any given shot, while melee weapons have a 15% chance. The +18% gives this rocket launcher a 20% chance to crit with any rocket. (Which is really high for a Rocket Launcher.)
However, non-crockets only deal 60% of the damage you'd get from the stock Rocket Launcher. On top of that, you reload slightly slower and can't be crit boosted by a Kritzkrieg/Batallion's Backup, plus deal 30% regular damage to Engineer buildings, making a Crocket Soldier practically useless for doing too much besides taking out the Engineer leaving the Sentry open for Teammates to attack. (Buildings don't take extra damage from crits.)
Crockets also travel faster than normal rockets, making them slightly harder to aim and airblast in close-medium range.
(Also, I'm not even trying with the new pictures. I imagine it as a fireworks launcher or something.)
