somehow i stumbled apon this fic and i was absolutely devouring it. both phoenixs storylines were so fun to read abt, and im so glad you made this. i do not care the last chapter was made in like 2019 this is one of my favourite fics. <333 thank you so much for writing this
I’ve been doing re-edits for all the old chapters as my writing style has changed while on hiatus. Recently updated chapter 10. Got one more to go before I post a new chapter :D

Oh yeah an old discord friend of mine surprised me by making one. I haven’t talked to her in a while because she lost her login info to discord and she never came back 😭

Sorry for the absence. A lot going on irl. Some remodeling was getting done in my house, then I had to housesit for my boss who was on a cruise….then my dog ate a ton of dark chocolate and had to be rushed to the emergency vet (he’s okay now, but my stress levels aren’t 😅)
But I digress… CHAPTER 10 RE-EDITS ARE DONE!
All that is left for me to do is re-edit 11 then I am done with all the re-edits and it will be finally off hiatus time. I know you guys have been so kind and patient and supportive and I appreciate it. Chapter 12 will be on the horizon.
But I will also be editing for my friend’s fanfic in between getting that done too so bear with me but it IS happening!!!
Speaking of my friend, I wanted to thank her for helping support me during my irl stress, as well as helping me with the re-edits of the fic. Thank you @xiaolianfa!

What happened to Kristoph and the Phantom?
That would be spoilers lol.
Time to ask a big question that I doubt anyone has thought to ask. ...how did Gaspen become a doctor? Also, what's Winston up to? He a doctor as well?
No big fancy reason. He just did become one because the idea of him being annoying as a doctor in one universe as he is a lawyer amuses me. Also the joke of Dr. Payne/Pain.
Winston is still a lawyer. In one universe (canon) both become lawyers. In another, one becomes a lawyer, the other a doctor (prosecutorverse)
Will we ever see Prosecutorverse Trucy? Cause, from what I remember about her background in the canon-verse, I just hope the version of her in the other universe is okay.
You will see her someday ;)

Hey everyone, TGDST update here!
I help my friend @xiaolianfa edit her Persona fanfic, Ace In The Hole. We decided to go back and edit all the older chapters that I didn’t edit before she brought me on as her editor. It got me thinking I want to do the same system we do for her fic, for mine.
So I enlisted her to help me re-edit all the chapters that are currently out, then she will be the editor also going forward for Chapter 12 and on.
No the fic isn’t dead. My life has just gotten complicated and been in a slump. But doing this editing and replaying the Apollo Justice trilogy kinda breathed some life into me.
Be expecting more than just typical edits to fix up past errors, there will be additional added content to the stories, some big, some small, all sprinkled in there. I hope you love the re-edits and new additions.
The first chapter re-edit is finished and replaced the old chapter.

Wanted to sketch out my friend’s AU Gumshoe lol

Gumshoe looked still as unkempt as ever, his jacket was brown instead of the green he was used to, but it still looked pretty tattered and frayed on the ends and the cuffs of the sleeves too. He noticed several dark stains that were peppered here and there on the jacket. The detective still had the usual earnest but clueless expression Phoenix was certain the man must have been born with. He was also sporting some rather impressive mutton chops on each side of his face.
Phoenix thought sarcastically, (“If only he had a mustache, I’d then be able to make a Teddy Roosevelt joke.”)
Haha LOVE this! Love that you drew this! I love everything about it, Phoenix’s face is priceless and the thought bubble with Teddy Gumshoovelt is sending me rofl 🤣
