Last night was amazing! We had ten cars distribute four pallets or 5,000 pounds of food to about 40 fridges across four boroughs and into NJ! It was awesome and humbling to see how organized and efficient we’ve become in the past few months! It was great to meet so many fellow organizers in person for the first time too! @shanzeyafzal and I went up to Harlem today with a carload of rescued food. @sadeinharlem met us at the new free food community fridge at W. 116th & Manhattan Ave and we packed it full! People around were super about it, really into the whole idea. No one was grabby and everyone was super grateful.
