💓 BEATING HEART - what gets their heart racing?

Attractive women. Not just a pretty face, but a woman who looks downright dangerous, and especially if they're touching him. Doesn't even need to be in a sexual context! Just a tap on the shoulder might make his heart short-circuit.

💘 HEART W/ ARROW - what traits do they look for in a relationship? do they believe in love at first sight?

This one's tough, because he's not the sort of man who ever looks for a relationship at all. He doesn't even particularly like being close to people, and romantic relationships tend to tread into tricky territory for him. Deep down, though, he wants someone he can be truly himself with. Someone he can strip bare for, both literally and figuratively, who will look at all his sins and all his demons and whose love will persist despite them. He's always putting on a bit of an act, and it gets exhausting. He wants someone he doesn't have to act for, and to them, he'll damn near give the entire universe in return.

Now, he doesn't really believe in love at first sight, but mostly because he's never actually experienced it. Lust at first sight, sure. Maybe even borderline infatuation. But love? Absolutely not. He's not a naysayer, though. Never say never and all that.

💗 GROWING HEART - if they have a crush, is it noticeable? what changes when they're in love?

100% noticeable. He's never shy about a crush or an attraction, and tends to go after what he wants the moment he has the slightest whim. This doesn't change when he's in love.

He's only been in love twice, that he'll admit to himself anyway, and he just becomes a bigger and bigger simp because of it. He's got the slightest jealous streak in him that only rears its ugly head when he's truly attached to someone, and he'd probably literally move mountains for his paramour. "Ask, and you shall receive," is his MO.

Giving: Physical touch, acts of service, gifts. Receiving: Physical touch, words of affirmation.

💙 BLUE HEART - do they miss their s/o easily? how do they act when their s/o isn't around?

He'll miss her the moment she leaves a room.

Around other people, he'll be pretty nonchalant about it. Logic dominates his public persona when talking about fairly personal matters, so he'll shrug it off while he says, "Oh, I haven't seen her in months."

Behind closed doors, he'll bury himself in work to keep his mind off the fact that HE IS TERRIBLY ALONE, AGAIN, AS USUAL, BECAUSE HE IS UNWORTHY OF LOVE AND AFFECTION, AND WHY DID HE EVEN TRY AGAIN? WHAT'S THE POINT?!

💚 GREEN HEART - what things make your oc feel comforted? hugs, kisses, food?

With a partner: any physical affection. He might be mid-meltdown yet the gentle touch of someone he cares about will bring him right back down to earth. He loves a good cuddle, and is liable to shirk all responsibilities to stay snuggled in a disheveled bed with his lover all day long.

Without a partner: straight-up gluttony. Maybe it's a smorgasbord of comfort foods and sweets and pastries and other baked goods. Sometimes, though more of a rarity these days, he'll binge liquor and thistle and other fun drugs til he forgets his name. He tries, though, to just stick to holing up with a good book -- even one he's read sixteen times.

💖 SPARKLING HEART - are they a subtle or a showy lover?

A bit of both. He's a huge fan of grand gestures and spontaneous romantic adventures, but these are things reserved solely for the object of his affections. He doesn't make a point to brag about how he swept his girl off her feet, or even bring it up, and in public, he might at most hold her hand or steal an uncharacteristically demure kiss.

💌 LOVE LETTER - do they like love letters? what kind of messages do they leave for their partner?

He finds full-on letters a bit much -- too sappy even for him -- but he's not exactly above them, either. He'll write one for a special occasion, like a holiday or birthday or anniversary, but he prefers face-to-face professions of love over putting them in writing. He does like leaving little notes for a lover, though, like a tiny bit of parchment with a little sketch or message left in a jewelry box or satchel for them to find throughout the day.

💔 BROKEN HEART - what could their partner do that would absolutely break their heart?

He'll only be vulnerable to heartbreak if he's really attached to a person. This much is pretty damn rare as he keeps his heart and mind heavily guarded in various ways. That being said, if he has gotten attached, like really, really fallen for them, all they have to do is leave, or otherwise choose not to be with him. He has a lot to unpack when it comes to his feelings of inferiority, and although he knows this about himself, it doesn't stop him from hating himself for not being good enough for the person he chose to actually [try to] love.

OoC Information: THIS IS NOT AN IN-GAME EVENT! This is meant as just something fun to headcanon for your character (and write about if you like - especially with @daily-writing-challenge​ happening shortly after), if it is something they are able to attend!

Vixannya owns an art gallery in Dalaran where she hosts various art exhibitions throughout the year. Two or three times a year, she will display her own work which is always accompanied by a massive grand opening and follow-up afterparty. I’ll have a small description and collages below!

Invitations are always given to those who make large contributions to the gallery and to the arts in general, as well as to prominent families from all over, friends, and those depicted in her work. VIP access goes to the largest contributors, her muses, and anyone who purchases one of the pieces from the gallery on opening night. Even if your character cannot attend the grand opening and afterparty, the gallery is open to the public for the remainder of the month. Adults only!

Her first exhibition of the year is titled: Hedonismia: The Pursuit of Pleasure

The Gallery Opening: The red carpet treatment always marks the entrance of the gallery,  a place for the guests to show off and be photographed in their designer gowns and suits, or whatever else they choose to wear. The fashion seen here always rivals that of the city’s grandest galas, just don’t upstage the art!

A group of master illusionists have transformed both the inside of the gallery and the afterparty space, with the various rooms mirroring themes in their separate locations. The themes: The Garden of Edenia, Opulence, Cabaret, and The Dungeon, are described below. The gallery version of each space is a little more simplified than that of the afterparty, in order to feature the art over all else.

The art itself contains a single or multiple subjects, in their own definition of what hedonism means to them. There are approximately 40 pieces in total; most small or medium size with at least one larger piece in each section. While nudity and ‘sex’ is heavily featured, hedonism is a blanket term that covers all of life’s large or small pleasures, so only a portion of the art will depict sexual situations. 

You may see a few familiar faces in these paintings including @themagictrick (The Dungeon), @fio-renze (Opulence), @aerdendios​ (Garden of Edenia), and Vixannya herself (Cabaret).

These are the ‘safe’ areas. While drinking and drugs are acceptable everywhere, the lewd acts are reserved for the second set of locations. The Garden of Edenia: Floral canopies, lush grass, weeping willows, colorful blooms, and of course, fruit-bearing trees. An off-shoot of the room contains a luxurious bathhouse where nudity is welcome.

Opulence: A ballroom with massive chandeliers and a full orchestra, champagne towers, decadent food and drink, fine filigree, mirrored walls, vaulted ceilings with painted murals.

These are the ‘anything goes WITH CONSENT’ areas. Cabaret: Lush couches, unique cocktails, flair bartending, dark corners, brightly lit stages, burlesque and aerial performances, escorts, private dances and rooms.

@themagictrick will be seen performing here on a few various contraptions throughout the night, and Vixannya herself will be doing a burlesque/knife throwing act! You can also find @serazhen​ bartending here!

He's been trying to drink less alcohol and do less drugs, and that has admittedly turned him into a bit of a clean freak. He calms himself at the end of the day by unlocking the library and using what he calls "fun magic" to rearrange things to his liking. This may or may not include: teleportation, levitation, illusions, and fun little bursts of arcanic stardust.

His favorite comfort ritual is, predictably, parking himself in a cozy spot and reading a book. He always chooses a something he's already read, something he's deeply fond of, and something fictional to add an aspect of escapism.
