The life and times of Lonesome George

Lonesome George, the last of the Pinta island giant tortoises and a conservation icon, has died of unknown causes. He was believed to be about 100 years old. He was found in 1972 and become a symbol of the Galápagos Islands. His species helped Charles Darwin formulate his theory of evolution in the 19th century

Well, we just celebrated the 1 year anniversary of the fire that destroyed Slave LAKE, AB and currently citizens of Kirkland LAKE, ON are at risk of being burned out. I mean, if lakes of fire aren't a climate concern, they must be worrisome on a sort of biblical scale n'est pas?

Saudi Arabia is digging over 1km deep to reach non-renewable fossil water (20,000 years old). They are currently using 10x more water than they have (annually). #waterwars

This is why "streamlined environmental review" doesn't make sense. It may accelerate the creation of extraction jobs and stimulate the fake, Dutch Disease infested economy but the legacy will cost Canadians dearly.
