I'm not isolated, right guys? It's not like my distaste for humanity as a whole affects my temperament or anything. Being away from everything and everyone would be great: no distractions, no obligations, just you and your thoughts. Next time you're trying to talk me out of one of my "moods", remember that me being alone is probably the best thing.

I appreciate the sentiment dear Eliante, but your cousin Celimene is the one I am so madly enthralled with. I once told her,"why, why am I doomed to love you?" She replied with ,"Your love for me is matchless, Sir; that's clear." I can't even handle it right now, seriously.

I got my court case today,"Am I to make a cowardly retraction?" Oronte thinks that his sonnet's the toast of the town, Philinte thinks it's wonderful of course. Philinte,"Frankly that sonnet should be pigeonholed."

I wish Alceste treated me like this instead of pointing out all of my flaws, and claiming that he does so because he loves me.

I can't believe Philinte today. He really thinks you can just be nice and polite to complete strangers?! I swear, he's my friend, but sometimes he just says the most ridiculous things!
