Omg I'm so nervous but for this W.I.P Wednesday here is my intro to my Lucien LaChav AU - 'Only Sithis Can Judge Me. (My first time writing.) ๐ซฃ๐ซฃ๐ซฃ๐ซฃ
Along with some sketches of AU versions of some of the characters I've made so far. And me trying to work out how to draw Lazza.
โYes Mother, I know. Iโm working on it, these things take time... Well Iโm not like Ungolim- ok, alright, Iโll do it on Morndas. Love you, bye
Lucien let out a long groan of exhaustion once the call was finally over. He tossed the phone onto an already cluttered coffee table in front of him, then slumped back into his armchair.
Staring up at the dimly lit ceiling he took a moment to process another scolding from his mother, about how his career as an MC is ridiculous. That he needs a โproper jobโ or how he should โbe more like Ungolim.โ
Despite being belittled and compared to his brother throughout the whole call at least she took the effort to ring him for a change. Most of the time sheโd simply pass the messages through her โprecious little Ungolim.โ
Leaning forward again he scrambled amongst the clutter on his table to find his rolling tin and lighter.
โIt could have been worse, it could have been Father who called,โ he thought to himself, an attempt at trying to make light of the situation.
He dreaded Fathers calls, Lucien had come to the conclusion that man had a void where his heart should be.
He finished rolling his cigarette and took a second to admire his handywork, before slipping it behind his ear. โWell, I had better stop moping around and go enjoy my Fredas night.โ He relished the thought of the weekend being here.
With that he slang himself from the chair, scuffling amongst the table again grabbing his phone and the keys to Shadow Motor, his beloved car. He stuffed them both into his sling bag and headed out the door.
For the theme I picked the shadow. In my head cannon Lucien is born under the shadow as well as Elyonne.
Elyonne like Lucien does have stars in the shape of the constellation going across her body but you can't see them from this angle.
I wanted to incorporate the shrouded armour and black hand robes into these outfit so for the shrouded armour I used the purple that the female one has. Then I took the blood stained look the original black hand robes have for Lucien's outfit. I had to pop in some handprints of course. The gold crest is a gold version of the speaker symbol.
I tried to put Lucien's hood up but I hate drawing his hood and I kept failing so I gave up for my own sanity.
So, I was playing Oblivion today and did the Fighter's guild rat quest with the weird rat lady, and I realized how much she reminded me of the weird pillow lady from a Fighter's guild quest in Morrowind. I concluded that they must be related.
So, I looked it up. Sure enough, they are both in the Thelas family. Arvena Thelas is the weird rat lady in Oblivion, and Drarayne Thelas is the weird pillow lady in Morrowind.
TES, really Bethesda as a whole, does this and stuff like this a lot. In fact, the family who have you kill Titus Mede in Skyrim, the Motierres, also play a part in the Dark Brotherhood questline for Oblivion, in which Francios has you fake his assassination. Jib is the first person you talk to in Morrowind, and you can find his ghost in Skyrim in the Soul Cairn. Sinderion is the nirnroot guy in Oblivion, and you can find his body in Black Reach in Skyrim. Big Head the Argonian goes from Morrowind to The Shivering Isles in the Oblivion expansion. Umbacano who buys Aylied artifacts in Oblivion, Volanaro in the Cyrodil Mages guild, and Nelcar the non-college mage in Winterhold, are all found in Morrowind as well. Recurring characters and character descendants are one of my favorite parts of the Elder Scrolls.
Did You Know: Daedric armor is extremely rare in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind? Daedric armor is so rare that some of the Daedric armor pieces only appear in a single instance in the game.
Interestingly, Divayth Fyr owns a full set of Daedric armor, minus the helmet.
Not trying to victim blame or anything but youโd think with all the times necromancers have tried/succeeded in raising undead armies the people of Tamriel wouldโve stopped burying their dead fully armed and equipped for battle.
Like, I know your great grandpaโs sword was A Part Of Him and all but maybe you could bury SuperDeathblade somewhere not right next to SuperDeathbladeMan. Just in case.
oh, what, so he can get his ass kicked when he inevitably gets raised from the dead?? you want to make great grandpa into a loser? a chump?? if his corpse is going to be puppeteered into battle by a sick and twisted sorcerer then by the nine he is going to do it well
"average necromancer raises at least one army" factoid actualy just statistical error. average necromancer raises 0 armies. Mannimarco, King of Worms who's been practicing necromancy and repeatedly raising armies about it since the second era, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
Itโs still a WIP but I know shading will take me years, so please have the Basecolors.
Dagoth Ur in all his creepy, beautiful gloryโฆI'm so happy for the feedback I have already received on the other wip and I hope you will like this one as much ๐๐ฅ
Also here without the distracting red background!!
It's just a WIP but after years, not thinking about that dude, my brain was like...hey...remember this one legendary dagoth ur drawing you did?...how about you draw him again???
