An early #transformationtuesday! 2012-2015. On the left I was obsessed with having a thigh gap and thought I was fat as hell. Somewhere along the way I learned to embrace the quadzilla lifestyle and learned how to eat right and lift heavy shit. It’s been a long, hard journey, but my god it’s been worth it.

Breakfast this morning was mixed berry #nanaicecream 🍓🍌👍 made using @organicburst baobab, @loving_earth maqui and some @rawrenergy vanilla protein, and topped with mango, banana, raspberries and pomegranate (!!!), and also some chopped dark chocolate, @coconutmagic coco chips and caramel @loving_earth buckinis 💞 You are all you need. You are not other people’s perception of you. People will hate you and they will love you, but you can consistently love yourself. Let’s make self love and appreciation on trend in 2015 ❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day from me to all you beautiful earthlings 🌹

Omg look who I found today! Meet 2-month old Dinosaur who came from the @wagsandwalks animal shelter. He is the cutest and sweetest lil pup ever! He won my heart, so clearly I needed to do a teaser and hold him up in an impromptu photoshoot. He was like “ummm can I get down from here? Am I a puppy sacrifice?” If you plan on adopting a doggy, be sure to check out your local shelter first. 🐶
