I wanna point out that this is also a Vietnam-era US tactic. Israel is doing atrocities but it's not the unique origin of everything bad.

Recordings of screaming & crying are used in psychological tactics not only to provoke action from people who think the recordings are real, but to stress out people who know they are fake (ex., when we play them at people in Guantanamo Bay for 72 hours straight). Broadcasting a loop of a woman screaming seems more in line with this use.
