The solution involved a new name — "Truppe," inspired by the idea of a performer's troupe and the Italian expression è troppo — alongside a custom visual identity system, an exclusive illustration system for product differentiation, and a scalable packaging architecture designed to support future expansion into new product lines, retail, and franchising.
