Reading: The Picture of Dorian Grey, Fourth Wing, the Stormlight Archives

Writing: My novel, first and foremost. Called The Sea Between, and I describe it as Percy Jackson x Indiana Jones x Pirates of the Caribbean x the Bible. I've been trying to post more abt it here so yall lemme know if you want the deets! Also working on a long-form HiJack fic and i stg i am LOCKED IN OK

Watching: deadass nothing rn but i've been watching episodes of httyd rtte here and there

Listening To: Any kind of rock. Literally any. 60s/70s/80s classic especially, but also a lot of indie rock, im a big folk rock girl. I like a lot of folk music in general, but i will listen to any genre of music ever: hip hop, pop, classical music, movie scores (i LOVE movie scores), anything. also modern irish folk. dont even ask cause i honestly have no answers

putting this in the context of my fic, Astrid is already in canon a very touchy person, like she's always got her hands on Hiccup in some way. I headcanon that she has a pretty good relationship with her parents and they were pretty physically affectionate, which is why she feels so comfortable with touching other people.

generally you shouldn't write run-on sentences because they get confusing and it doesn't give the reader a break. that doesn't apply to me though my run-on sentences are fun and understandable and they have a rhythm to it that makes you want to keep reading
