wait so if i eat 2000+ of some junk food then it can lead to weight gain? i thought if u were in a surplus thats what makes u gain weight
No, eating crap makes you gain weight. I eat a surplus of healthy food and I still drop pounds. Your body is going to do different things with 180 cals from a snicker bar than it would with 180 cals from bananas! 1 pound of gold does not equal 1 pound of dirt.
