A Thought on Why Some Companies Earn Trust and Others Don't
I was going down a rabbit hole of roofing and construction articles the other day and ended up reading through https://roof-tech.us/

Answer the phone.
Communicate clearly.
Show up when you say you will.
Stand behind the work after the project is finished.
Sounds simple, but in any service business, those things seem harder to maintain as companies grow.
It got me thinking about how much of business success comes from execution versus innovation.
Curious what others think. Have customer expectations changed over the last few years, or are the fundamentals still the same as they've always been?
