I’m a bit nervous I have to go out to lunch on Saturday and I’ve looked on the menu for the item with the least calories and it’s still 665 but that’s probably all I’ll eat but there will be drinks too. I think I’m going try to do at least 1/2 waters between each alcoholic drink? At least I’ll be active, plus if I get too drunk it will make me sick lol

My Workout:
40 Sit-up's
40 Donkey Kicks
40 Hip raise
40 Squats
40 Wall push-up's
I startet with 10 and now go to 50. I'm not a sporty Person so this is something i can do daily.
I always do 10, then a short break, then another 10 until i'm done. Yea, that's it
Calories today-

Went out after work for dinner but managed to stay on track! Also did 9000 steps so pretty good!
Tomorrow I’m working from home so don’t have to eat much at all.
First day under 1000 calories in a long time:
Breakfast - nothing :)
Lunch - chicken wrap, and fruit
Snack: skinny latte
Dinner: chicken salad, with potatoes
Total cals: 949/1000
Total steps: 8,000
Overall pretty happy with the day. Tomorrow I want to be under 900 calories and 10,000 steps.
