Description: red head with green eyes, typically wears a green trenchcoat and goggles with green tinted lenses when caught committing crimes. Suffered a terrible injury caused by the Joker in Arkham asylum that resulted in the need for prosthetic arms along with his spine being replaced with a new one. All 3 prosthetics has given him new abilities, such as: prosthetic arms give him increased strength, and retractable claws. His prosthetic spine is completely fused to him, and are connected to his arms and allows him to use.
As the patient explained it: I just have to use a thought or a simple touch to hack any computer system with ease.
Patient must always wear a special made collar and cuffs. (supplied generously by the Wayne foundation) in order to block hacking abilities and block the use of the retractable claws.
Patient has since been moved from a level three threat to a level two.
