Funerals weren't exactly Zix's favorite event to go to, but he was here for a friend, a long time adventuring one had his brother die. So out of courteously the three foot tall Kobold went for free alcohol and to see whatever happens. Being a little his normal reckless/restless self the black and gold lizard walked around the ongoing ceremony, a little bored, but also curious why there was so many people showing up for some adventures brothers funeral, in the end it probably didn't matter.

With the maw to a cave in front of him Zix slipped off his backpack, letting it fall onto a rock next to him as he let out a long sigh. It had been a long week of walking and his pilgrimage was finally over. Well he had hoped it was actually over and he had found the cave of a real dragon... Taking a deep breath the black and gold kobold took his first steps into the darkness, doing his best to remain calm and alert, just in case.

There were definitely claw gouges in the floor of the cave as he moved in, though the he couldn't tell what made them and when. "Damn... I should have studied tracks more often." he whispered, his voice surprisingly deep and smoky for a creature so small, only coming up at a height of 3 feet.

Red Star gently started speaking kobold as the others hummed in unison.

“You’re flattering me so much,” Adara says in a sigh, adjusting her hair to have it rest on the pillows that propped her head up. A hum leaves parted lips as she felt his claws running over her, making a shiver run up her spine as she could only imagine what else they were planning with her. A dragon, huh? Adara couldn’t imagine what she would be like as a dragon, her mind wandering for a moment as a sigh leaves her.

“A-All right, fine,” she says, her voice soft as she laid back, humming as she laid on the bed while looking up at all of the kobolds around her. “Should I strip down or anything, or just stay like this and relax…?”

Star hummed lightly and crawled up next to the nightstand to grab a pouch. “Now normally we would have a fire and burn some candles and all that stuff, but we currently don’t have a home so we will improvise.” he spoke softly, putting a small vial into her lap. “Its a mixture of lavender and vanilla, smells pretty good.” Then he gently brushed someone some of the oils onto her cheeks.

“Lavender and vanilla?” She’s familiar with the two scents, though she’s surprised their scents would be any assistance. A hum leaves her as she held the vial, holding it up to look at the small bottle. The sweet scent fills her nose as she held it closer to her face, the oil on her skin making her spine tingle.

“What would the candles be for…? Is it kind of like aromatherapy?” Adara questioned, pressing her thighs together as she looked over to Star with parted lips. “…Is there anything else I should do, while I’m here?” She adds, making herself comfy as she was soon laying down on the bed.

Zix blinked at the strange glass dome helmet that he was holding in his claws as the wizard spoke to him, droning on and on about how this portal was supposed to be perfectly safe, but was glossing over the fact the he had to wear a frankly outrageous looking suit made for 'diving'. "Why did I take this god forsaken job." he cursed under his breath, his voice surprisingly deep and smoky for a being so small. "Alright listen just please stop talking and let's get this over with." he grumbled, looking up to angle his snout into the helmet before sealing it down and turning on the breathing aperatus.

With out wasting anymore oxygen then he had to the wizard said some magic words and burned a long paper scroll, opening a small square blue portal swirling with energy. The kobold held his breath, closing his eyes as he stepped on through the gap in space. And there he was, kilometers beneath the waves gently treading water in what appeared to be a gold massive room.

"30 minutes till the portal opens again, best get lootin'. " he hummed swimming down to the nearest pile as he looked around his surroundings.
