I need help guys, with the come of the new year my insurance switched and is no longer accepted by my doctor I go to for hormones, I so far have been able to keep getting hormones and will be trying to work out a new doctor. But my main issue has been top surgery, I used to have all the money I needed but lately bills keep stacking and we need to move, plus paying for other various medical bills, it’s just a lot.

I’ve been struggling with keeping a steady job due to my anxiety which has never before been a problem for me before these last few months. But I now recently got a job that I love, while it is pretty labor intensive. I’m decent at hiding it in photos (yay for loving photography and knowing angles) but I have a really large chest for my ribs, and binding really impacts my breathing and the chest pain is shit-not to mention the dysphoria that comes with having a beard and noticeable chest. I just finally realise I need to ask for help, I really need top surgery, I waited years before I could start T, but I really can’t wait years more for surgery.
