I have a feeling Candice probably shared that story and plans to stay off IG for the rest of the day. Based on how she’s talked about feeling about the show ending before, I think she’s got a lot of complicated emotions that she probably doesn’t want to deal with today. Which is fine, I guess, but she’s gotta deal with them eventually, and I hope she at least comes back on in the next few days to post something instead. If she never posts anything at all though… that’s a different story.

We understand complicated emotions and all that but at the same time a simple thank you to the fans for supporting her and her character from start to finish wouldn’t take that much out of her but it would mean a lot to those who had her back.

It's a little sad if that's all we're going to get from Candice that being her good bye post, but I do find comfort in the fact that throughout the years she has always thanked her fans and said how much we all meant to her, I do appreciate what she has done for helping to open the door for other black actresses that are coming behind her so thank you Candice for all you have done.
