Who wants to learn about Mephisto?? Too bad, you don't have a choice! (Sorry i don't have read mores on mobile!)
Mephistopheles was once an angel who served Lucifer while in the Celestial Realm. He was highly loyal and was willing to do whatever he was told. He MAY have been in love with Lucifer. That's why when Lucifer rebelled, he didn't hesitate to join him. He fought and killed those he once cared for, as did everyone in the war. And just like the rest, he didn't escape unharmed.
Aside from any minor scrapes and whatever mental scars came, he also ended up hit in the right eye with a holy blade. It was with that blow he fell to the Devildom.
Broken, battered, and bruised like the other fallen angels, they all began to adjust to their new lives. And yet Mephistopheles still found himself serving Lucifer. Before Diavolo decided to try and create better relationships between the three realms, Mephisto would often be in charge of finding souls that were already destined to Hell and send them crashing and burning there. The eye that was harmed in battle may still have a piece of holy material stuck there, as it can see an aura of sin around beings. It made him quite proficient in taking in souls of humans. The only failure he ever had was Faust.
Now that Diavolo has this crazy idea to create better relationships, Mephisto is putting his abilities of seeking out weaknesses to good use as the head of the school paper. He MIGHT have gotten in a bit of trouble after being caught stuffing the popularity contest ballots with his name, but really that was all Mammon's idea. And the whole texting the Lucifer and Diavolo emoticons? Total accident, he swears. Thankfully he's back in his rightful position and ready to post the truth!
In a more fun note, Mephisto might have a thing for angels. He'll swear up and down he hates them, but if he sees on, he's instantly in love. And he still simps for Lucifer.
