What is it about the moment you fall in love? How can such a small measure of time contain such enormity? I suddenly realized why people believe in deja vu, why people believe they’ve lived past lives, because there is no way the years I’ve spent on this earth could possibly encapsulate what I’m feeling. The moment you fall in love feels like it has centuries behind it, generations—all pf them rearranging themselves so that this precise remarkable intersection could happen. In your heart, in your bones, no matter how silly you know it is, you feel that everything has been leading to this, all the secret arrows were pointing here, the universe and time itself crafted this long ago, and you are just now realizing it, you are just now arriving at the place you were always meant to be.

Ballers want to be champions, celebrate a championship and play a role in that big game. But not everyone wants to put in the work. And “putting in the work” includes buying in to the system and placing the team ahead of their interests. This team is filled with talent. Each one has a unique skill set people even told me it can ba an all-star lineup. We had very talented scorers, we can score 90 to 100 points per game. But it was only when we focused on playing team defense that we were able to enjoy the game more. Players communicate with each other on the court. Basketball got easier. We were destroying teams with ease. I've never been huge on coercion. I'd rather exert effort convincing a person to do something rather than force them. If you hiding under a motive, make sure to hide it well. Coercing a person to do as you please in order to pursue your motive only makes you seem weak and over-eager.
