- Belladonna usually tries to stay out of the affairs of others if possible, so it’s doubtful that she would get involved. If the law was stopping her from achieving her goals or desires, she wouldn’t hesitate to break it.

- Most likely. While she does try to mind her own business, She doesn't usually pass up an opportunity to show of her ability. This depends on if she is prepared for the situation. However if she is not, she will improvise and try to help to the best of her ability. (Mainly as a test of her skills.)

- She doesn't care one way or the other, for both questions.

- She HATES the way people treat the planet. The world would be much better if people properly cared for their environment. Both. It could be better, but it could also be much worse.
