Sims4 'Fully Serviced Residence' Lot Trait

With this Lot trait, your residence gains a full team of household staff, including a Nanny, a Maid, a Repair Technician, Ranch Hand and a Gardener. This lot trait can be added as a combined lot trait or as individual services, both available as a lot trait and a lot challenge.

There is also a separate version where you get charged and the services are paid for.

Timings:

All staff work 7 days a week (Sunday-Saturday).

The nanny works from 6 am until about 3 pm, then again from 4 pm till late midnight. You can dismiss at any time.

All other staff start at 9 am daily.

Tired of your Sims looking the same every time? Well, so I am.

SO, I've been working on a mod to fix that. This mod adds a new system for you (and your Sim) to freely edit your Sim's look in Live Mode. This includes makeup from eyelashes, blush, and lipsticks to even changing hairstyles (I have included up to 100 hairstyle choices!) that are all completely base game.

There are selection options in each category (Blushes, Lipsticks, Eyeliners, Eyelashes, Eyeshadows, Manicures, and Hairstyles) with different colors and styles, and each hairstyle comes in Black, Brown, and Blonde shades (except for 2 hairstyles that only come in 1 swatch).

Sims gain skills from changing their looks and buffs with special interactions. For example, a sim wearing a manicure can check their manicure. Other sims can also compliment your sim's makeup style or insult them.

Sims can also change their look autonomously (if you choose to keep it autonomous).

SIMS4 Mod: Invite Anyone to Grand Ball (and max 99 Guests)

I made a mod that allows you to invite anyone to the Grand Ball Event, including special NPCs (like the Grim Reaper, Trashley Reelpearson, Bonehilda, etc.) and sims that you have not met yet. Additionally, you can have up to 99 guests maximum. 

Note: Keep the participants to max 20 if you have no mod to increase the maximum number of sims in a zone.

This mod requires the Royalty & Legacy EP.
