hello! i’m admin lyn - the founder of this lovely little confession blog! i’ve been a fan of the 1960s since my early pubescent years and continue to enjoy the groovy vibes. (heck, im currently writing a novel on a fictional ‘60s band!) the kinks have to be one of my all-time favorite bands (along side the monkees, ccr, the who, & led zeppelin in regards of old bands). i’ve bought magazines, records, books, cds - basically anything that is on the kinks. i’ve also written a fair share of gen & slash (m/m) fanfictions on ao3 on these fine gentlemen (message me if you’re interested). and probably the main thing you should know about little me, is that i’m very, very obsessed over pete quaife. he’s my all-time favorite celebrity and i’m actually friends with his brother via facebook!

hi! i’m admin anne - i instantly fell in love with this site and am so happy to be able to help with the great confessions that come through. the kinks are literally my favorite band. other than books and magazines with kinks pics/articles i have also started collecting their vinyl (which is not cheap). they are all wonderful boys but have to admit that dave the rave is definitely my fave. at his show last year i was lucky enough to get his autograph!! there are many other 60s groups that i love but none of them are as awesome as the kinks!

Some of my favourites include 'Tell Me Now So I'll Now', 'I've Got that Feeling', 'I Go to Sleep' and 'Mr Reporter' It's hard to believe songs like these weren't on the original releases. I'm so glad I can listen to them now though.
