Remember the wings/tails (+ humanized) Inanimate Insanity AU I talked about a while bacl (alongside some agere stuff for it)? Well, I have some more bc I find comfort in the AU! (Writing this after I finished the rest of it, I'm sorry about the length):
In the AU, Knife has a shark tail (fin is flat down, not sideways) with a sharp blade at the end (which doesn't hurt him due to tough skin) (he also doesn't become a ghost), and in the AU (in agere related ideas), he tends to regress to 5-9, and he tends to swish his tail more when little, and NOBODY can get a bag/some kind of protection over his blade (big OR little), it's NEVER worked, so people tend to keep their distance. Except for OJ (who's got tough (and shock proof) skin due to his electric eel tail making him require) and Pickle (who has the gear to protect himself from Knife's tail, which only fit him as they're custom made, and also he has a lizard tail (just to help you visualize him)), so they care for him because the kid will get into trouble (like try to eat something he can't eat).
Also, due to how Mephone4 made him (and this came from the shark thing (alongside some sharp teeth)), he CAN eat raw meat AND cooked meat, and will sometimes get undercooked meat they can't cook further because it'll burn something on it, usually while little as a "treat", although he'll also eat it when big when offered bc it's usually seasoned, which he prefers over unseasoned raw/undercooked meat. Little Knife doesn't care about seasoning though, he just likes meat in general, and undercooked meat makes him feel more like a shark, which makes him happy.
They don't give him that meat TOO often though, not only because it rarely happens but, despite him not getting sick from it, it DOES make him more bitey, and he has sharp teeth (alongside normal human teeth) so...
He also has a great white shark plushie he carries around while little he calls "Biter", and it's one of the few things he's SUPER careful with. He will cry if it gets taken away or damaged/dirty in ANY way. OJ learned to sew to fix up every littles' toys, and he lets Knife watch him sew up the plush if Knife accidentally damages it, which helps Knife calm down about it.
Also, Suitcase (who has a deer tail + wears a shirt with yellow straps attached to it to hold it up on her (to help you visualize her)) has given Knife books in that state, although she avoids his tail bc she doesn't wanna get cut by it, as he's not as careful with it when he's little as he is when big.
Idk, I just REALLY love the AU.
