What would happen if like, TSC or any Anti-Virus or chip that can terminate anything virus related?

Have I said about TDL in TLN being almost a full on walking virus? He doesn't really "infect" sticks or people. Just being around him can make you feel sick. But not like he isn't dangerous either.

Lets say the comic where like, he "punched" TCO when TCO was talking about the colour gang. Someone got hurt. How bad? How bad is the one who threaten a whole population and sending out machines to destroy everything sounds?
