Bloody Painter

A file that I didn't pay attention to in my first review of the documents aviable from the leak. But now without the urgency of completing the set I found a gem. This one is marvelous.

A mind plagued with the need of images and knowledge. Maybe it can be persuaded to seek stories and not stop simply at images.

Amazing what can be found.

I'm utterly transfixed and if anyone has more information I'll reward you handsomely. Be sure I will find case 10 but some of my attention may be diverted to find more about this one.

How has the Justice Dame not stopped them? Does she have more information and can I have it? Wonderous, wonderous find.

Help me understand. You go on about how dangerous it is to interact and invoke creatures and how alluding to them can be dangerous. Hell you implied looking at case file 09 was the reason for very ominous post on your part. But you still discuss and link case 09 openly and are even looking for number ten when you went and censored an image. Why? Is it not the same?

Yes it was an oversight on my part to not clarify.

Discussing creatures without knowing how they operate is dangerous. All seek flesh or psyches but not all have the ability to embed themselves in minds by acknowledgement alone.

Case 09 seems to grow powerful by being acknowledged but depictions of it alone don’t seem to give him a foothold to corrode a mind. I speculate it needs to take a conscious decision to invade and destroy a mind. This is why I feel comfortable discussing it.

As for my temporary lack of control, that is nothing you must worry about stranger. I’ve simply been exposed to the supernatural in various ways which grants me knowledge but leaves me vulnerable in other ways.

After going through 97 folders of retracted files I couldn't find case file 10 of the 20170430 cluster case. I was going to assume the document wasn't leaked alongside everything else until I got to some final folders and found they were corrupted. Tried to open them to no avail since this message kept appearing

So I'll try and repair them since the nomeclature for this folder does match the one where I found the other files. That may still take a while so I may give a second look to the files that are accesible and share whatever I find intriguing

No one is messing with me, I’d know stranger. I do not acquire my knowledge just by sitting idly and I recognize when something is factitious.

Unlike many that lack the discernment to truly understand what is in front of their eyes.

Their very own eyes.

But I appreciate the doubt. Not as much as it’s more candid relative, curiosity, but it is an important instinct for humans to have.

After all, without it, no one would ask and engage to try and parse the truth.

Believe or believe not the legitimacy of my findings. The monsters on tv sweeping through the nation killing your neighbors and classmates are as real as you deem them to be, hopefully they won’t become more real to you by killing one of yours.

The supernatural will exist whether you believe in it or not. Plenty will die as they can’t exist without acknowledgment, but plenty others will find minds to nestle within.

Yours is a beautiful one, passionate about arts. Quite the delicacy.

Have some journalist in mind and have tried to reach them. No answers yet but I’ve got time.

On the meantime I’ve gone through more of the folders with retracted files. Nothing of use so far. No sign of case file 10 yet.

if not i’d like to ask about this…. thing… following your logic of not directly naming things lets just say is this blue mascot but wrong… i was like eight when videos and photos of it circulated online and people discussed it and then nothing… it always creeped me out since i love sonic and I saw the videos very young but i assumed it was just an internet thing but now…. i thought…. “Link” was fake too but I saw the reels from halloween and…. its concerning but at least the goverment knows? about that one? Not about the other one… and it creeps me out… does any of this make sense? Do you know about that blue digital entity?

I can identify the creature you mention. Thank you for taking precautions and not spreading cognitive and ego hazards by directly adressing it or showing it. What was seen online was humans sharing a register of the entity but that was not it.... I belive it is similar to case 09 but I'm unsure how case 09 actually inhabits the digital space whilst the one you bring up hasn't I have no certain knowledge as to what happened to it... maybe it starved or no human has survived to share encounters with it again. So live not in fear, but be smart.

Not yet. There is a conciderable amount of folders and my attention is split in various endeavors right now. I am still looking albeit slower.

I would not hate on them. I'd extend them grace. If Jeffrey is involved with humans under s,ʇı domain and collaborating with the likes of case 09 then this is a matter no human force can face on their own. It is something bigger. Far bigger than the Justice Dame despite what she might prefer

Nonetheless, it would be cool to see you reach out to a journalist (or have one reach out to you).

Yes I'd love to reach to a journalist. I'd love to. I'll try but it may take time, doubt they'll find me before I find them

Perhaps he works under the Justice Dame because of his connection to Jeff and can help them track him down? I mean, maybe it is a special circumstance? Still feels gross to have a guy who likes sticking hands in bodies to be the one supposed to keep us safe…

Ah, speculation over Agent Woods. Interesting theory. Makes you wonder what edge a filial relation grants that would enable him to find the most wanted serial killer in the nation over the very industrious Justice Dame and whatever specialized personel she has. And if it is worth it, his file says he's been incorporated since 2015, four years later his brother is still at large. So how much of a help can he be? How useful is he or how indifferent is the Justice Dame to keep him employeed despite his behaivour? I'm not as disturbed as you seem stranger but I can understand how upseting it must be. I can try to at the very least.

Yes it isn't case file 10. But it is interesting enough to share. In my initial search I found this Agent Profile. Someone from the Justice Dame's unit.

Nothing weird until today. When I found this retracted criminal file. Not closed but retracted. Only paused on it since it had the big guy's number on it.

This poor fool is his older brother, as mentioned in the big man's own file. That he had a criminal record and was made void and now has a pristine FBI profile is wild. Funny. It is so funny.

What is the FBI playing at? If his agent profile even acknowledges he was "transfered from penitentiary" then it begs the question if this is usual? Wonder how happy the average person would be knowing the Justice Dame is promoting criminals to work with her :) Ah this would be great for a journalist, sadly it escapes the scope of my my objective. Although I wouldn't mind speaking with one.

Going through a lot of retracted files now. Still no signs of the missing file from the cluster.

Very odd.

Even if it was closed and transferred so whatever was being concealed could be concealed, so was the 09 case and I found it. And relatively close to the other ones.

If I go through all this retracted files and can’t find it, there are still a couple dozen folders to look through.

But I wonder if it isn’t due to clerical error and it was indeed deleted.

All queries answered, no more submissions remain. I am confident I've recovered enough to continue looking through the folders. Will post any significant discoveries. Ideally the missing case from this cluster of cases that still seems to be somewhat connected to the supernatural
