Growing up as a Scorpio IC meant being sensitive to your environment.. and very sensitive. Scorpio IC’s are not necessarily attached to their family, but are extremely aware of what is happening around them in the sense that they take it all to heart. Often times the Scorpio IC may have felt distanced from their family members and would have craved affection or approval and when they did not receive it, it had a huge affect on them.
You, Scorpio IC, just wanted some sincere affection as a child and it hurt you when you did not receive it.
In many cases, Scorpio IC’s tend to go through manipulation from either partner. The parent could have been very controlling and manipulative of the Scorpio IC child and their surroundings. Also, the parent may have not communicated directly to the Scorpio IC child and forced them to kind of read between the lines. In some cases, there could have been sexualizing at such a young age. Scorpio IC’s could also have been protective of their home environment, most family things are kept a secret.
Although things could have been confusing at home, you still are very protective of your home environment.
The Scorpio IC child is so used to concealing family matters and being denied proper adoration and love that they want to break free from that. Scorpio IC’s want to find beauty somewhere else on their own. They want to express themselves and what they do have. Finance could be something huge for them and they could be interested in money affairs the older they get.
You crave the security and safety that you may have been denied as a child growing up. You want to make your surroundings pleasurable. Self employment could be something that you may want to consider since you do value your independence. The older you get, the more giving and affectionate you’ll be with others because you want to give the love that you barely received as a child. Seeing others happy makes you happy.
And then, Scorpio IC, is when you shoot up to your Taurus Midheaven.
