just had a lovely (hoarse) conversation with a stranger in town (i complimented his ruffly skirt and he liked my pulp reference tshirt)

all in all great interaction plus i have figured out that i sound slightly less like a dying horsethan i did an hour ago (this is excellent and bodes quite well for tomorrow. my singing voice is not quite back but with a little effort i can pretty painlessly pass for a normal talking human being)
