Plurality is not always easy

But that's okay, most things are never easy. Whether you're a disordered system, traumagenic system, and endogenic system, it's not always going to be easy. What matters is that you're able to overcome the hardships as a system and adapt to changes. There is no right or wrong way to experience being plural and no one has any right to tell you that you are invalid for your struggles.

And if you do not struggle with your plurality? That's great! What we hate seeing is peolple tearing down other systems just because they do not hate being a system or struggle with being a system. All systems are valid and their experiences are valid.

Remember to drink water and keep check on your health!

the reasons i didn't just out ourself as plural when we first started posting were: i didn't know what it was and it scared me, i didn't know how to explain it to people and i didn't want to be attacked for being 'crazy', and i have an aggressive crewmate that i felt would be misunderstood and have us outcast. now, additionally, i won't claim this part of me publicly because i don't want to be attacked for being a 'faker', because i don't want to lose the few folks i know who are kind and tolerant of the more tasteful sides of me, and because i don't want to be further stripped of my personhood. cuz that would really suck lol

she is sarcastic, overly-blunt, critical, defensive, self-aggrandizing, self loathing.

this walking contradiction. this nebulous figure in our head that screams that it exists. BUT ISN'T ALLOWED.

eventually, some of us decided to actively reach out to him. a lot of early attempts were destroyed by him. but slowly, the barrier on expression was lifted.

and we saw her turmoil first hand. we experienced her crisis of purpose. we experienced her fight for identity. we saw her panic attacks, and we began to understand her habits. we got to know red.

red grabs our turmoil by the neck and barks at us to run while it gouges him.

every part of us that is unpalatable, forbidden, impossible, terrifying, it goes to him. he holds it.

his methods are extremely questionable. his desire for retribution is dangerous. she is enraged. for us. and she is tired.
