You probably don't care at all, but I just wanted to share this. Dermot is my first ever celebrity crush.

For me, it all started back in 2019. I had my Spotify on shuffle when suddenly 'Power Over Me' came on. I checked the name of the artist but didn’t look any further, though I absolutely loved the song. During lockdown, I decided to look him up, so I searched 'Dermot Kennedy live' on YouTube. A live studio video came up, and I clicked on it. From that moment on, I’ve been listening to this man non-stop. I fell in love with his vocals, especially in the song 'For Island Fires and Family'. The passion, the vocals, the lyrics—they were incredible. Since then, I think he’s been my number one artist on Spotify. Funny enough, I’ve never really talked to my friends about him or anyone—I’m not even sure why. He just feels super precious to me, like he holds a special place in my heart
