Ever wondered what Jogo, Hanami, and Dagon would look like as humans?

I have~!! Jogo would make the ugliest human imaginable~! And Hanami would be the prettiest for sure, I know it!

Oooh, and Dagon’s their baby. I’m not sure if he inherited more of Hanami’s good look thoughs… or if he’s a living representation of a sim from one of the “breed out the ugly” challenges. I suppose it doesn’t matter~

I’m gonna make it into a fanfic and force Jogo to read it!! With any luck, his head will fall off again.

Can curses purr?

I was about to go to sleep but this was more important. I need to know.

Is it like. A case-by-case thing? Can none of them purr? Can ALL of them purr? Can you?

Is it more like tigers chuffing?

Indeed, it’s a case by case thingy. Us curses are born from your fears and anguish, so it depends! A cursed born from humanity’s fear of cats theoretical could—I’m special in that sense~ I can transfigure my soul to purr if I wish.

I dunno know what chuffing is, but sure!!

So, big cats like tigers lack the vocal cords to purr the way small cats do.

In order to express pleasure/contentment, they do make a sound that's called "chuffing". The mechanics of it are different than purring. It sounds less like an engine and more like controlled puffs of air.

Oh, I can explain the chuffing thing. Tigers can't purr- their throats just aren't made right for it- so instead they make this low rumbly grunt sound to express joy.

So I guess anon was asking, if a curse couldn't purr, would they still make some sort of noise to express joy?

Each curse is different though, so while I behave like a human would, a curse like Dagon communicates in chirps. Hanami’s “voice” gets higher, and Jogo… I’m not sure if Jogo’s ever been happy.
