About your "am I handling it okay" post:

I sent an anon ask here a while ago (I don't remember how long ago, but it was the Piggy + asexual one) which I sent knowing it was a sensitive topic, so much so I decided to send it anonymously even though if I sent it under my user, I'd still be (fairly) anonymous.

I think despite it being a hard question, as are other asks you get (I am a bad judge of any not my own so I'm not here to speak on those), I think it was handled well. It at least makes me feel better about the situation when I feel uncomfortable about that still.

As to why I chose your account specifically: Honestly, it was because others were already sending some. I saw one many months ago that I remember having to reflect on after reading (I do not remember it, sadly), and your account stuck with me after that. After a while of feeling bad about things, I knew I had to tell someone even if (especially if) it was a stranger who would never know it was me. Your account already had Nine Inch Nails based asks, so it seemed like a good place.

I have not seen every post of yours, but I've seen enough to know that you never vocally or outwardly criticize the people who send in submissions or confessions and that also really helped. Knowing that while I was feeling ashamed about it, I could tell someone who was at least able to not vocally agree with me was helpful.

I think, whether you meant to or not, you ended up fostering a very welcoming environment for anyone to share something they need to. You are (from what I have seen) kind about the material and have a healthy dose of providing support and offering advice.

I felt no pressure to respond or share the post you made to my submission, and that meant I could remain as anonymous as I wanted.

Ohhh I remember you! You actually come to mind often, as I really had hoped I had helped at least make you feel better regarding your situation. It has been a dream to make an impact in a helpful way, and although this may not be how I imagined doing so, I am so happy that I was able to achieve that.
