Hey! It’s been a while. Janelle and I have been working for a while now and we have completed Episode 1! We also have basic outlines for the first two seasons and are making progress on the next couple of episodes.

Due to this progress on our end, we’ve decided it’s time to move forward with casting. If there are any last minute auditions, please send them by next Friday (November 13th). All the auditions so far have been outstanding and we are very excited to start expanding our team.

Are we still going through with the play or is it slowly fading away? I'm just wondering....

We still plan on going through with it if that’s what you're wondering! We’re making an update post & soon we will be opening up crew auditions. Our absence can mostly be chalked up to being overwhelmed with other obligations and a focus on completing scripts, so this is just to let you know we haven’t dropped off the face of the earth

It doesn’t matter what accent you have. Feel free to audition for any role you’re interested in! And if you want to, you can add a note about your accent when you submit your audition, but it’s not necessary.

Do you want only people to play characters of their gender? Cause I would like to audition for Andy but I'm a cis girl

Since this is a small production, I’m going to say no, it’s not a problem. People of any gender can audition for any role they’re interested in.

Why are there different groups?

Short explanation: each group starts off in a different location.

Slightly longer explanation: We thought it would be interesting to explore a few different scenarios that could play out during the zombie apocalypse. It’s also easier for us to categorize everything by group, since it puts a little less pressure on us b/c we feel like everything is easier to handle when split up into smaller groups. 11 characters all together in one place can be a bit convoluted and overwhelming.
