but if you haven’t watched c1 and you’re just watching the legend of vox machina, in episode 3, between vax losing consciousness and vex having a gut feeling vax is in trouble? i need you to know that this happens bc it’s just. such a good character moment

I could say a lot about Caleb’s current dynamic with Essek but it can all be boiled down to you remind me of myself for all the reasons that I hate myself.

Kind of a random addition but if anyways has ever wondered the difference between a twin flame & a soul mate; Essek & Caleb are much more akin to twin flames. Two half’s of the same soul but with that you see everything you hate about yourself in your twin flame. Twin flame relationships (whether platonic or romantic) are very difficult unless you are both at a point in your life where you have worked past the parts of you that you do not like & have come to accept them. Not saying they don’t ever work out, just that it takes a lot of effort.

Beau literally just became a god, The white Dragon and Lucien beat the hell out of her and she’s going to return way stronger then she was before because now she’s proficient in every single saving throw including death saving throws, and she can now move an additional 5 ft per turn. She got her ass kicked and it only made her resolve stronger that’s some really good accidental story telling.
