Black is bold, Black is fierce, Black is versatile, Black is diverse and Black is dominant. I love the colour black, mostly because it goes with anything. On its own people sometimes think black is a Gothic colour and should not be worn on its own, but with other colours (bright colours). I completely disagree with that statement.
This styled look is for a night out with the girls or a date night. It’s leather on leather which makes the look sexy. The skirt is tight fitting, which means it will show off the curves of a lady and enhance their bottom. The top is a bit reveling which makes the outfit the opposite of Gothic. I would totally rock this outfit! Of course a bit of colour wouldn't hurt anyone, which is why I would wear Viva Glam Rihanna Lipstick. Hairstyle: Shoulder length wavy ombre. Perfume: Escada born in paradise OR cherry in the air.

Brand Focus
On Brand Focus, we basically give you a quick review on up and coming fashion brands. In this weeks ‘Brand Focus’, we’re going to look at ‘vmulondon’.
vmulondon - http://www.vmulondon.com
Simple, contemporary, distinctive.
More and more people, internationally, are noticing this brands somewhat basic, casual designs matched with their very attractive colour schemes. This brand is buff. I can’t lie, I was slyly disappointed when I noticed that almost all their female items are sold out, but, some of the mens clothes look quite unisex to me.

On this weeks ‘Artist Spotlight’ we show you Troy Hudson.

Soundcloud - Troy Hudson Official

Troy Hudson is a young, beautiful, and dynamic singer that I had the chance of interviewing a few Saturday's ago, on the set of her new video ‘Real Shifters (Get Down)’.
Before I tell you what this talented woman had to say, I have to admit, I have been a fan of hers for a long time, so when I saw her, I was small small starstruck. I’ve been a fan her since her RD (Ruff Diamondz) days. In girl groups, everyone has their favourites, and in RD, mine was Troy. Because of her, I wanted to cut my hair, I wanted to get a new era hat with my name on the brim and I tried dancing lessons. I guess you can imagine how much of a shock it was for me.
Troy has come a long way from the RD days, not only does she have long luscious hair now, she's been using her sweet distinctive voice for multiple solo projects, including her debut EP Write A Song About It (which you’re going to download at http://littletrizzy.bandcamp.com), and one thats coming soon.
This is what she had to say:
When we asked her about the beginning of her musical journey. she mentioned that it started at the young age of 14; she’s been in the business for 10 years. It started off with writing, writing for various artists such as Wiley and Scorchers, as well as singing too.
We then asked :’You’ve been writing for a while, what made you want to get into music?’
Troy: [I] come from a family where music is a cultural thing. Growing up in a black household, there is music playing 24/7, whether it be, I’m from the Caribbean so it could be Reggae, it could be Soca, it could even be a little bit of dancehall, here and there, and especially my parents are young they listen to hip hop and RnB, and that was back in the 80’s and 90’s, so I grew up listening to a lot of that. When you hear music constantly, you’re drawn to it, and I think that’s what planted a seed on me, for being a musician, artist, writer.
Who’s your inspiration? If you can name me three artists…
I would say three artists who inspire me are Lauryn Hill, Brandy and Teedra Moses.
Two of those artists, only released one good album (Lauryn Hill and Teedra Moses), so how come they are your inspirations?
Because Lauryn Hill, lets forget the fact she made an amazing album, shes a solid songwriter, everything she writes about is powerful, anyone in the world can relate to it, it dont matter who you are, where your from, or what you do, you just can relate to her. She is just solid as a writer and brings out the best of her vocals and creativity in everything that she does, regardless if she has made one album or not, shes dope.
Same with Teedra. That one album, every single song, you can relate to it, and you like it, its a vibe, and its something that will never die out, and their classics at the end of the day.
What’s on your playlist right now?
My playlist is so crazy right now, I’m listening to everything in one go. (This is so funny) Im listening to Meek Mills, but then Im also listening to Jeremih, Chris Brown (omg, Im just saying male artists arn’t I?), and Jhene Aiko, [and I] listen to her sister Mila J. I listen to two artists from europe, ones called Lorene, and she sings dance music, but its really good dance music. And I’m also listening to an artist from Austria, her name is Aaradhna Patel. Shes super dope, she like a soul artist from basiclly near Australia.
OK, last one, where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself perfecting my craft and growing as a writer and as an artist, and I hope to have made amazing music for people, I hope to have grown your fan base, and be at a great place with my career.
We hope to see her like that too. Make sure you keep on the look out for Troy's new project by following on all social media, believe me, she's a star.
