Aquarius had a crush. What else is new? Aquarius always has a crush on someone. But never in her life had she had a crush on a boy like Scorpio. She found it wondrous how two people could be so similar, yet so different. She felt that water vibe with him, but he most definitely wasn’t the type of wishy washy she was. He had that whole bad boy vibe going on–all black, Goth, weaponry probably–but she could sense deep down inside that he was a sensitive soul.
One day, Aquarius bumped into Scorpio in the hallway as she was running to class–late again. “Oh my god, I am so sorry.” She looked up at him, nervous that he might be mad at her and yell at her to watch where she was going. She was used to that.
“Hey, you want to get out of here? I’ve got some cake in my car, and you’re already late for class.” Aquarius never skipped classes before. She tried to do the right thing, but something about his eyes just killed her inside. When else was she going to get this opportunity? She followed him into his car, tummy in knots.
“You look nervous. Don’t worry. I don’t bite,” he laughed, albeit very darkly. He led her to his car and opened the passenger side door for her like a true gentleman. Then he got into the driver’s seat and produced a chocolate cake–her favorite.
All of their tensions faded away, as they ate the cake and talked about their lives–the good, the bad, the ugly. They really understood each other on so many levels. Aquarius made Scorpio laugh, just by saying the usual things she said, having no idea why they were funnier, which only made him laugh harder. What was this feeling they both had deep down inside?
In her excitement, she accidentally got frosting on her face. He looked at her intensely. Then slowly, deliberately, he tilted her chin up, wiped the icing off with his finger, and put it in his mouth, staring at her the entire time. Then, he kissed her, and their souls became one.
